Qualifications

A. Experience with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
B. Bachelor’s degree.
C. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.
D. Knowledge of the foster care system and available community resources.
E. Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to improving the lives of children in need.

Responsibilities

A. Develop and implement outreach programs to engage and educate potential foster families.
B. Utilize all forms of digital marketing to influence connections.
C. Organize and facilitate workshops, support groups, and community events focused on foster care awareness and resources.
D. Collaborate with social workers, schools, and community organizations to ensure the needs of foster children and families are met.
E. Serve as a resource for families, providing information on services, training, and support networks.
F. Advocate for the needs of foster children and promote best practices within the foster care system.
G. Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends, technologies, and changes in the market landscape.

Wage Range

Salary 45-50K.
